Sims Advertising is a full-service creative digital and traditional marketing and advertising agency established in 1991. For over 30 years, we’ve focused on building strong partnerships with our clients and have done so through exceptional customer care and execution of marketing and advertising projects. Many of our clients have worked with us for more than a decade, and some nearly as long as our doors have been open.
**About the Role**
As the Account Coordinator, you will be working within the client management department to support the digital success of our clients’ projects. You will work alongside a team of 10 designers, ensuring that our clients’ projects are designed not only to their brand specifications but with a high-quality standard and attention to detail. This position will be supported by a leadership team for client communications and overarching project management.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Support the leadership team by ensuring that all projects are being completed on-time and on-budget.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Ability to work within a team setting.
- Proof projects to ensure all requested changes are made and projects are spell-checked and completed to the expectations of Sims and the client.
- Coordinate with the utmost respect to all clients, ensuring to maintain the “Sims Advertising” level of customer service.
- Pull reports on projects to determine time-spent once the project is completed.
- Potential to learn and take on additional client and marketing projects.
- Other relevant tasks, as assigned.
**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Technologies: G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc), Mac OS.
- Knowledge of print media, runlists, flyers, etc.
- Strong French / Quebecois speaking and writing skills are preferred.

- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Able to pull reports, perform research, manage data
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders from multiple departments and partners
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
