**About the Role**

We are seeking an **Accounting Supervisor** to perform full-cycle accounting, financial analysis, and management support at our facility in Burlington, Ontario. This role is ideal for a driven individual who can operate in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly financial statements and related reporting
- Review/analyze financial data
- Perform GL account reconciliation & analysis
- Manage bank accounts and cashflow
- Coordinate financial planning and budgeting processes
- Evaluate processes and systems, and recommend/implement improvements
- Manage full cycle A/P, A/R, and associated processes

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary diploma/degree in business or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Solid understanding of the financial principles and functions of business
- Analytical thinker with good communication skills
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and consistently accurate
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency in completing tasks
- Proficiency with MS Office, mainly Excel

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
