**About Us**: Espasyo is Richmond's premier co-working space, offering a variety of rental spaces, including desks, training rooms, meeting rooms, event spaces, and podcast facilities. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and productive environment for our clients.
**Position Overview**: We are seeking a friendly and proactive Operations and Admini Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for welcoming them, assisting with their needs, and helping to expand our client base through sales and marketing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist clients with booking inquiries and ensure their needs are met during their time at Espasyo
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to promote our space and services
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Handle client requests, bookings, and any other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all areas of Espasyo
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in sales, and/or marketing (traditional and digital) is a strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist or sales role is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including occasional weekends or evenings as needed
