- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, inquiries, and successful sales, using provided tracking tools or software.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in using Facebook Marketplace and other social media platforms.
- Ability to use your personal Facebook account for posting ads, adhering to Marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal Facebook account for posting ads.

**Compensation**:
This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to earn based on successful sales generated through Facebook Marketplace ads. Commission rates will be discussed upon hiring and may vary based on sales performance.
