- Job Description- Job SummaryThe Office Assistant, located in our downtown Toronto office, is responsible for managing general office administrative duties. This is a full-time fixed-term contract position, from Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities
- Managing general office administrative duties, including but not limited to answering calls, incoming and outgoing mail and arranging couriers.
- Reception backup.
- Ensuring the office environment is kept clen and orderly, promoting a positive and professional image.
- Maintaining inventory control of office supplies and ordering new materials as necessary.
- Updating of the telephone directory and other databases.
- Assisting in managing the company’s car fleet.
- Assisting with the renewal of annual company and car insurance.
- Ordering Business Cards
- Providing administrative support to the HR department.
- Assisting with Recruitment efforts as directed and required.
- Assisting with special projects, initiatives, and reporting as required
- Other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years office administration experience, or diploma in Human Resources management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities as new tasks and projects arise
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information properly.
- Strong time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in the written form.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Technically proficient in MS Office; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

Salary Range - $45,000 to $50,000 annually.
