**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive enrolment in our financial literacy programs for children by reaching out to parents and community organizations (referred to as collaborating partners).
- Advocate for the importance of financial education, engaging with potential clients and stakeholders to foster program participation.
- Collaborate with our team to create and implement strategies that will increase program visibility and enrolment.
**Qualifications**:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
- Residency: Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Canada.
- Location: Ability to work on-site at our Richmond Hill, ON location.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community engagement and events.
**Training and Development**:
- Sales Training: Comprehensive sales training is provided. While the initial training is unpaid, it is essential for understanding our sales processes and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Shadowing: Gain practical experience by shadowing experienced representatives during engagements with collaborating partners.
**Compensation Structure**:
Commission Split During Training:
- Sales Trainee: 10%
Earning Potential:
- Full-Time: $100,000 in the first year and $300,000 in the second year.
- Part-Time: $70,000 in the first year and $140,000 in the second year.
Float:
- Full-Time Float: $1,000/month for 40 hours per week (minimum of 20 hours in the office or field).
- Part-Time Float: $500/month for 20 hours per week (minimum of 10 hours in the office or field).
