This role will support our IT Administrator and will be focused on IT support for our internal operations, including responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and supporting the technology and systems our team uses daily, helping our employees with any technical challenges they may experience, from troubleshooting common computer and networking issues to upgrading and managing systems and software.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the IT Administrator with technical problems and troubleshooting problems that staff may have with computer hardware and software.
- Assisting in investigating technical issues, recording incidents, and escalating when necessary.
- Managing antivirus software and proactively monitoring for malware.
- Assisting with management of user accounts and subscriptions for licensed software.
- Monitoring and maintaining IT asset inventory.
- Assisting with Backup and Security Operations, including ensuring backup of all Office 365 data (Exchange, SharePoint, and One Drive)
- Assisting in basic connectivity, and network and firewall management (Fortinet, Cisco), monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Assisting with New Hire orientation on company IT platforms, including MacBook and mobile phone deployment, troubleshooting, and configuration assistance.
- Providing training on IT tools, security best practices, and other relevant topics.
- Advising clients on technology trends and best practices and recommending IT solutions that align with their business goals, as well as creating visuals to present to clients.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Troubleshooting with both Apple hardware and software.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in related field and 2 years previous IT-related experience
- Thorough MacOS, Windows and iOS knowledge
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
