Reporting to the Project Director, the Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting technology and reporting initiatives within the Project Delivery Division of Build Nova Scotia Healthcare Infrastructure Projects. The Analyst will also work to streamline company procedures and continuously improve processes in an effort to support the division's mandate. The Analyst will demonstrate a commitment to cross organizational process design and service excellence.

In this position, you will analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements. You must follow best practices and align with company goals while implementing improved procedures and solutions to increase performance for all Healthcare Infrastructure Projects within Build Nova Scotia. This position will also support and collaborate with external groups, including Nova Scotia Health Authority to develop and manage business relationships and ensure the goals of the technology are being properly defined and met. This is a unique and complex, multi-stakeholder, highly matrixed, project work environment.
