Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple team members
- Assist with team management tasks, such as coordinating meetings and events
- Update retail and corporate clients with repair updates
- Assist with vehicle Estimating and Mapping using Mitchell and Audatex

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
