**Key Responsibilities**
- Greets clients coming into the office and over the phone
- Arranging couriers as necessary
- Clerical duties - data entry, receiving payments, preparing the daily deposit, taking the deposit to the bank
- Managing document intake - scanning and digital filing
- Managing record keeping systems, including Excel spreadsheets

**Qualifications**
- We are a paperless, technology-forward firm - must be proficient with computers
- Experience in an accounting office or other professional office preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience with CaseWare, QuickBooks, or DocuSign an asset
- Values client service and professionalism

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22 per week

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- Secondary School (required)
