**Job Summary**
As a Volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's mission through your dedicated service and commitment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives while gaining valuable experience in a nonprofit setting.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and assist with project management tasks
- Engage in public speaking opportunities to raise awareness about our cause
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers for various programs and events
- Collect and analyze data to support program evaluation and improvement
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and supporting team members
- Educate the community about our organization's mission and impact
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote events and activities
- Provide administrative support as needed

**Requirements**:

- Ability to supervise, lead, and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in public speaking to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Experience in recruiting volunteers or managing teams is a plus
- Capacity for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a passion for making a difference
- Willingness to educate others about our organization's goals and initiatives
- Basic understanding of marketing principles for promotional activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $17.30 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

**Experience**:

- Public speaking: 1 year (required)
- Leadership: 1 year (required)
