Breck’s head office is in Saskatoon and currently provides services across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.
**Position Overview**:
The Project Coordinator is a full-time, out-of-scope position. This position is responsible for assisting in several operations and construction areas including construction management, project management, procurement and increasing efficiencies through project planning and organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of documents required for approvals, estimates, tender documents, change orders, and contracts
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Coordinate the resolution of issues that may arise during the project
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Assisting the Construction Manager with administrative functions and processes
- Managing day-to-day activities for the project
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, safety and quality control standards.
- Assist in inventory tracking updates on tools and equipment
- Manage project procurement during planning, construction, and post-construction
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly project updates
**Qualifications**:
- Previous industrial experience in construction and project coordination
- Recognized certificate, diploma or degree in Construction Technology or Project Management
- High-level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess leadership, organizational, supervisory skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of Procore is an asset
**Salary**: $68,244.00-$86,677.00 per year
