Peter Lucas Project Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project goals and create detailed project plans.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and manage project budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead team members, fostering clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • P. Eng registered with APEGS is considered an asset.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Suite of programs, including MS Project.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other project management software.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and meet project deadlines.
  • Demonstrate active listening and an ability to communicate technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.
