As a **Regional Sales Manager**, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of all Symmons products and managing key relationships with wholesalers, contractors, designers, and owners in their respective region. Along with managing those relationships this person will be required to report to Symmons leadership, progress updates and all strategy plans, key customer engagements and strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of indirect agency representatives in their respective region of the US responsible for Symmons product sales.
- Maintain and expand customer base by developing/coaching rep group representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
- Achieve sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Responsible for building regional plans, managing pipeline projects and executing the tactics necessary to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze customer requirements and specifications to create accurate and competitive quotes for Symmons product.
- Utilize quote tool to calculate costs, margins, and pricing strategies for quotes.
- Prepare and present detailed quote documentation, including breakdown of costs, timelines, and terms and conditions. Follow up/deliver project.
- Represent Symmons effectively with a comprehensive knowledge of Symmons offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce and update database regularly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5 or more years of managing sales in a corporate setting.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from inception to closing.
- The ability to organize and prioritize client visits, along with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Proven customer service, negotiation and sales skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- The ability to travel overnight 30-50% of the time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and desire to multi-task
