Regional Sales Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals within the assigned region
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to drive performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed
**Experience**
Required:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a related industry (Construction, Machinery, Oil and Gas)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
Nice-to-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with CRM software
- Knowledge of market research techniques
