Wholesale Sales Lead

**Responsibilities**
- Contacting and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
- Maintaining long-lasting business relationships.
- Coordinating with the Wholesale Manager to identify sales objectives and goals.
- Planning and creating effective sale-maximizing strategies.
- Handling and submitting required deliverables to vendors, suppliers, and business partners in a timely manner.
- Co-configuring visually appealing linesheets/showrooms.
- Procuring customers' purchase orders ahead of our deadlines.
- Pulling suitable samples for key accounts.
- Suggesting adjacent alternatives when merchandise is unavailable.
- Inspect periodic sales figures to highlight prominent patterns.
- Conducting timely inventory checks with Logistics Department.
- Collecting vendor invoices and processing the same with Accounts Department.
- Meeting with clients and attending networking events.
- Executing merchandising plans.
- Networking with industry professionals at trade shows and events.
- Monitoring competitor activities and developing new market opportunities.
- Analyzing sales reports and suggesting improvement measures.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Merchandising, or equivalent field.
- At least 1 year experience in the Sales department as a Wholesale Assistant, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with sales management software like NetSuite.
- Familiarity with EDI and its related systems such as Spring Systems.
- Familiarity with B2B eCommerce marketplaces such as Joor.
- Basic knowledge of the market trends and industry practices.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good research and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
- Ability to manage strict deadlines.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Computer literate.
- Well-honed data analysis techniques.
- Top-notch reporting abilities.
- A strategic, adaptable, and supportive disposition.
- High product knowledge
- Interest in the fashion industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
