**Job Description - **Our office administrator will be responsible for managing the front-of-house responsibilities and be the first point of contact with our customers. This individual will be the employee who interacts the most with customers, as well as handles the communication between front-of-house and back-of-house on a daily basis. They are also responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable.
*Knowledge in the industry not required, just an open and enthusiastic attitude. All training will be provided.
**Job Responsibilities (not limited to)**:
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and requests
- Process customer orders, proposals, and warranty requests
- Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Maintain website and point-of-sales systems
- Manage client list, mail-outs, product catalogues/price lists, sales reports, expense reports, data entries, and other administrative tasks
**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Well-versed in multitasking and managerial abilities
- Willing and able to problem-solve
- Comfortable using Windows-based computer programs
- Familiar with excel
**Job Type - **Full-time (Day shift: 8hrs/day, 5 days/week)
*Must be flexible in case of emergencies.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
