**Total Rewards Specialist**:
The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for the administration of the Total Rewards programs which includes recognition programs, long service awards, benefits and pension plans. The role will support all total rewards related activities and provide support and direction to employees, managers, and HR professionals.

**What you'll do**
- Supports the management of the administration and communication of Total Rewards policies and programs
- Develops communications related to total rewards
- Create and update documentation and ensure the optimization of processes related to total rewards
- Completes the long service award and recognition programs
- Ensures all job descriptions are up-to-date
- Participates in total rewards projects and development of programs & policies by providing advice, guidance and administrative support

**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics or Business is required
- 3-5 years’ experience in compensation or related role is required
- Professional certification (Certified Compensation Professional - CCP; Certified Human Resources Professional - CHRP; or Society of Human Resources Management - SHRM) preferred
- Experience translating data and developing into communications, for presentation to senior leaders is a definite asset
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; proficient with PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work independently, while multi-tasking and prioritization to meet specific deadlines
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and skilled in manipulating data
- Integrity and ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to analyze sophisticated data of high quantity to optimally tackle problems
- Ability to communicate to senior leaders and use data to tell a story
