Vancouver, Canada Jobber Full time

**Do you want to help build an environment where the very best people can do amazing work?**:
Then Jobber might be the place for you We're looking for a **Total Rewards Analyst **to be part of our **People** department.

Jobber exists to help people in small businesses be successful. We work with small home service businesses, like your local plumbers, painters, and landscapers, to transform the way service is delivered through technology. With Jobber they can quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments from their customers, while providing an easy and professional customer experience. Running a small business today isn't like it used to be—the way we consume and deliver service is changing rapidly, technology is evolving, and customers expect more. That's why we put the power and flexibility in their hands to run their businesses how, where, and when they want

Our culture of transparency, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation has been recognized by Great Place to Work, Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures, and more. Jobber has also been named on the Globe and Mail's Canada's Top Growing Companies list, and Deloitte Canada's Technology Fast 50, Enterprise Fast 15, and Technology Fast 500 lists. With an Executive team that has over thirty years of industry experience of leading the way, we've come a long way from our first customer in 2011—but we've just scratched the surface of what we want to accomplish for our customers.

**The team**:
The People team at Jobber builds an environment where the very best people can do amazing work. Whether it is your first point of contact with one of our recruiters, engaging in our custom onboarding program, or reaching out to one of our business partners, the People team is here to help you be successful. While humble in their approach, the People team has been recognized as Finalists for "Top HR Team" at the Canadian HR Awards in both 2021 and 2020. They were also honoured to be a 2021 Finalist for "Top Rewards and Recognition" program.

**The role**:
Reporting to the Director, People, the **Total Rewards Analyst** will be responsible for coordinating, updating, and executing Jobber's Total Rewards Strategy. As a critical member of the People and Planning team, you will be providing timely and data driven results based on our internal Total Rewards framework. Your primary activities will include job evaluation, job banding, benchmarking, base and market compensation cycle coordination, data audits, and ad hoc compensation reviews. You will be responsible for maintaining our benchmarking data and coordinating updates with our external partners. You will be the main contact for our compensation systems, including maintaining integrations between our internal software systems. You are a natural problem solver who can operate in an environment that is at times ambiguous. As one of Canada's fastest growing startups, things can both move and change fast at Jobber. You are comfortable prioritizing your work and adapting to changing key objectives based on business needs. Continuous improvement is required at Jobber so giving and receiving feedback must come naturally to you.

- Support Jobber's compensation process by providing data based compensation analysis of individuals, roles, and job families on an ad hoc basis
- Manipulate and analyze data sets to determine relevant insights and make recommendations based on those findings.
- Review Jobber's compensation structures for pay equity, compliance, and other internal metrics

**To be successful, you should have**:

- Can quickly adapt and understand compensation systems
- Can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
- A collaborative mindset that focuses on resolving challenges in a productive manner
- Be solution oriented.
- You take feedback well and can adapt quickly based on the situation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
