**OBJECTIVE**

Collaborate with processing and customer service platforms to build relationships with existing Pearl dealers, with the goal to keep them satisfied and engaged with Pearl products and services long-term.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to house accounts
- Oversee the building and maintaining of strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify business opportunities among existing customers
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Processing departments) to improve the entire customer experience
- Understand consumer behaviour and assist in tailoring unique solutions and experiences
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Defer and maintain awareness of financial negotiations and dealer optimization handled by the Business Development Manager and Pricing Manager
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors to the showroom (dealers and end-users)

**SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with receptionist duties (answering calls, greeting customers)
- Assist with processing orders and shipments when necessary
- Assist with local deliveries when necessary
- Assist with warehouse operations when necessary

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience and comfortability making outbound calls
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- English required, French is an asset
- Team Player Attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
