Join Our Team as an Admin/Receptionist at Master Group (Nepean, ON)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular office hours. No weekends

At Master Group, our Receptionist is the first person our customers and partners meet, whether on the phone or in person. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day tasks with ease and professionalism. **What you will accomplish with us**:
- ️ ️ Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line Cisco Switchboard and Microsoft Teams.
✉️ Manage daily mail, sort and distribute it across the team.
Coordinate training room bookings and handle registrations for company events and meetings.
️ Order catering services for trainings and meetings at the branch.
️ Input daily orders with accuracy.
Process customer payments for equipment purchases (cash and credit cards).
Prepare monthly bank deposits.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The ability to work independently, even under pressure.
