**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and handle monthly invoicing.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare and complete various quarterly reports.
- Ensure all company documents, including policies, procedures, and security documents, are up to date.
- Generate reports on company and contractor files.
- Order office and investigative supplies as needed.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Attend and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Review reports for accuracy in grammar and spelling.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

**Office Environment Details**:

- Office space provides access to water, coffee, fridge, microwave, sink etc.
- Our office is situated on the main floor, while the washrooms are in the basement. There is no elevator available, so using the stairs daily is necessary.
- Free parking is available and the location offers easy access to multiple bus routes.
- We consider our office a professional environment and ask that all employees dress in business casual attire.

**Compensation Details**:

- Hourly wage is $28.50-30.50/hour - wage dependent on relevant experience.
- 37.5 hours per week (5 x 8hr day with ½ hour unpaid lunch, and two paid ¼ hour breaks)
- Annual performance evaluations and compensation reviews will be completed.
- Two weeks of paid vacation time (equivalent to 10 x 7.5 hour workdays). To be taken in one-week increments.
- 5 paid sick days per calendar year available after two consecutive weeks of employment.
