**What you will do**:

- Proactively collaborate with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance company Joint Health & Safety Programs
- Responsible to live and drive Stryker’s values: Integrity, Accountability, Performance and People
- Inspect, sort, verify, and receipt incoming goods against packing slips / invoices
- Pick, pack, and accurately confirm goods prior to shipment
- Cycle count inventory
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of items received, transferred, and shipped
- Plan and prioritize work to ensure daily activities are completed on-time
- Maintain up-to-date training on departmental and company SOPs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned by your Manager

**What you need**:

- High School Diploma required. Post-Secondary education preferred (Distribution, Supply Chain or Logistics focus an asset)
- 2 years’ experience in Distribution Center, manufacturing or similar environment preferred
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
