**What You Will Do**:
The Distribution Associate I must be a team-oriented individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Core responsibilities include receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and auditing products, as well as housekeeping duties associated with maintaining an organized, clean and safe work environment. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Distribution team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values. Additional responsibilities include:

- Proactively collaborate with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance company Joint Health & Safety Programs.
- Inspect, sort, verify, and receipt incoming goods against packing slips, invoices, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies.
- Pick, pack, and accurately confirm goods prior to shipment.
- Cycle count inventory.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of items received, transferred, and shipped.
- Report discrepancies for drugs and natural health products to Quality Assurance.
- Plan and prioritize work to ensure daily activities are completed on-time.
- Maintain up-to-date training on departmental and company SOPs.
- Identify and communicate any required procedural updates based on day-to-day operations.
- Maintain annual GMP training to perform daily tasks in compliance with Canadian regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**What You Need**:

- Required:_
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move medium and heavier weight items (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to operate an RF scanner efficiently and accurately, work on your feet for long periods of time, and perform multiple functions and adhere to daily deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and active environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of day shifts in a 40-hour work week.
- Preferred:_
- Post-Secondary education preferred (Distribution, Supply Chain or Logistics focus an asset).
- 2 years’ experience in Distribution Center, manufacturing, or similar environment.
- Excellent team player and positive, professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of/experience with operating within an ERP and/or WMS system (e.g., Oracle)
- Knowledge of proper lifting/body mechanic techniques and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance over time at Stryker will be considered._
