**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
- Generate and develop marketing content and assets, including graphical assets, photos, videos, branding material, product catalogs, presentations, and decks.
- Manage and engage with our social media platforms by regularly copywriting posts, generating multimedia content, and interacting with users and followers.
- Manage ad spend
- Conduct market research and target segmentation.
- Stay updated with industry news, press releases, events, tradeshows, and market activities.

**Experience**
- Bilingual English and French Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative with a knack for content creation and social media engagement.

**Nice to have**
- A background in STEM is a plus.
- Google Adwords experience
- Analytical mindset with a passion for technology.

**Responsabilités**
- Développer et maintenir des sites web, des infolettres, des courriels, et des campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Contribuer aux initiatives de remue-méninges créatives et marketing.
- Identifier et proposer des idées et initiatives internes/externes pour promouvoir la notoriété générale de la marque de l'entreprise.
- Générer et développer du contenu et des actifs marketing, y compris des éléments graphiques, des photos, des vidéos, du matériel de branding, des catalogues de produits, des présentations, et des diaporamas.
- Gérer et interagir avec nos plateformes de réseaux sociaux en rédigeant régulièrement des publications, en générant du contenu multimédia et en interagissant avec les utilisateurs et les abonnés.
- Coordonner les activités marketing, tant en interne qu'en externe, pour promouvoir nos produits, nos employés et notre entreprise. Les tâches incluent la saisie de données, la gestion des annonces publicitaires, les campagnes par courriel, la création de contenu, les blogs, la rédaction, les graphiques et le contenu vidéo.
- Gérer les dépenses publicitaires.
- Effectuer des recherches de marché et la segmentation des cibles.
- Rester informé des nouvelles de l'industrie, des communiqués de presse, des événements, des salons professionnels et des activités de marché.

**Expérience**
- Bilingue en anglais et en français requis.
- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente.
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en marketing/gestion de marque.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
- Connaissance de toutes les plateformes de réseaux sociaux.
- Solides compétences en communication et en organisation.
- Créatif avec un talent pour la création de contenu et l'engagement sur les réseaux sociaux.

**Atouts**
- Un parcours dans les domaines des STEM est un plus.
- Expérience avec Google Adwords.
- Esprit analytique avec une passion pour la technologie.
