**Job summary**
We are looking for an organized and motivated A **Project Coordinator** plays a crucial role in our customer journey. As such, you will act as an advisor and liaison between ou clients and our internal teams. Your main responsibility will be to guide the client's website's project, ensuring that the customer's vision is realized and the project runs smoothly, while delivering exceptional service.

**What your day looks like**:
- **Onboarding and Implementation**: Ensure smooth and successful onboarding of all clients, adhering to the signed website go-live date.
- **Consultation and Upselling**: Act as a consultant to propose products and solutions that meet subscriber needs and identify opportunities for upselling.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate fulfillment of project requirements, monitor project progression, communicate between subscribers and internal teams to ensure that expectations are met and the client’s vision is achieved.
- **Internal Communication**: Clearly communicate subscriber expectations to internal fulfillment teams to ensure quality, efficient and timely work.
- **Expectation Management**: Address queries and manage subscriber expectations post-sale and during implementation.
- **Ambassadorship**: Be an ambassador for the Ubiweb team, bring your ideas, your wit and grit to the table
**What you bring to the team**
- Degree / Certificate in business administration, marketing, communications or related fields
- Excellent, bilingual customer service skills particularly communication over the telephone, which includes good listening skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in project coordination
- Experience in sales or retention
- High level of organization
- Must be fluent in French and English* (spoken and written)
- Capability of excelling in a competitive work environment, being energetic and results driven
- *English proficiency required to ensure effective communication and seamless collaboration with our clients outside of Quebec_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
