**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a Research and Insights Analyst to join our Client Experience (CX) team.

This role can be mostly remote, however we will on occasion require you to come onsite to our office at 151 Yonge St, Toronto, ON.

Reporting to the Sr. Consultant, the Research and Insights Analyst is responsible for operationalizing qualitative and quantitative research methods to improve the overall client and employee experience at Aviso.

**What your day looks like**:

- Act as the survey management expert for both quantitative and qualitative research methods to improve CX and employee experience
- Collaborate closely with research team members and internal partners to clarify and gather research requirements
- Plan and execute existing and new research through the entire research lifecycle for Voice of Client (VOC) and Voice of Employee (VOE) programs
- Support the creation of CX dashboards, existing tracking studies and ad hoc research requests
- Quality check of questionnaire, survey communication, survey distribution, data tables, dashboards, and reports
- Work towards creating dashboards and reports using multiple surveys to uncover CX insights
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data and develop research reports and/or dashboards for internal partners

**Requirements**:
**Your experience and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Marketing or related field or any equivalent combination of relevant background and experience
- 2-3 years of experience in market research, customer insights or business analysis
- Expert knowledge of survey research platforms (e.g., Qualtrics)
- Working knowledge of data visualization/business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
- Advanced Excel skills needed
- Strong experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Experience building dashboards, interactive reports and presentations for senior leaders
- Solid understanding of the employee/client life cycle, experience satisfaction metrics (NPS/CSAT/CES) and how to develop improved performance across the organization
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
