Titan Livestock Group of Companies is currently recruiting for a dynamic individual to fill the position of Accounting Clerk.

Titan Livestock is a growing agri-business active on the cattle sector. We focus on building lasting customer relationships through strong service delivery and product quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recording daily accounts payable & receivable transactions daily
- Processing daily payment batches
- Prepare daily bank and revolving loan reconciliations using SAGE 300 reconciliation modules
- Review daily aged accounts receivable and accounts payable listings for accuracy
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve outstanding amounts
- Reception and administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, scanning & receiving/distributing mail
- Maintenance of electronic filing system
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years full cycle bookkeeping experience preferred
- Experience with Sage 300 (Bank, AR, AP, OE, PO & Payroll modules)
- Formal education or certificate in Bookkeeping/Accounting preferred
- Ability to handle a high volume of time sensitive repetitive tasks
- Must have strong focus and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with strong organization and multitasking skills
- Able to work well independently with little supervision
- Monday to Friday 40 hour work week, overtime may be required
- Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, oral)
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
