**Your Role and What You’ll Be Doing**

We’re committed to creating an extraordinary company that provides excellent customer service for our customers. We want our customers talking about what an amazing experience they had working with our company. We want customers for Life. This role is a large part of that.

**Here’s a few things you’ll be doing on a daily basis**:

- Answering the company phone line for our business. In this business, it’s important that when customers call, someone answers.
- Managing the setting of appointments in our estimators’ calendars.
- Following up with customers who have requested an estimate and setting appointments for our estimators to meet with customers to provide estimates.
- Prospecting new business opportunities (warm & cold outreach).
- Managing our social media pages and posting daily. This includes posting on our Instagram, Facebook, Google & Website pages.
- Managing some of our online marketing channels by responding to potential customers.

**Compensation & Job Details**:

- This is a Full-Time position working normal business hours Monday-Friday.
- You can work from home most of the time. You do need to be located in the area to

attend company meetings and be in person from time to time.
- Your starting salary is $50,000-$55,000/year based on your experience.
- You’ll be paid every 2 weeks.
- Raises and promotions are available to top performers.
