Bilingual Returned Merchandise Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Manage RMA inquiries ranging from status, technical support, and quotations.
- Issues return authorizations (RMA).
- Effectively utilizes relevant software systems (ex. AX D365, in house EQV2), along with other tools provided.
- Coordinates closely with other departments, regional managers, and third-party representatives to ensure customer satisfaction relating to RMAs.
- Provides quotations to the customer as prepared by the RMA Coordinator.
- Follows up with customers on RMA quotations and dispositioning of product at HPS.
- Inputs customer RMA purchase orders, always ensuring accuracy.
- Follows up on orders out for approval and maintains valid dates in the HPS system.
- Works closely with the RMA Coordinator to ensure customer needs are met including expedites.
- Maintain RMA Portal with customer updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding RG coordination.
**Do you qualify? We are seeking**:
- Bilingual in French and English
- Post Secondary education in Business (Sales or Marketing related) OR equivalent
- Must have knowledge of the ISO 9001 Requirements
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes is an asset
- Ability to work with HPS functional process owners, and customers
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to resolve complex issues, strong follow-up, organization & prioritization skills
- Advanced level computer skills using MS Excel, Outlook, Word & Microsoft AX is highly desirable
- Self-motivated and directed, requiring mínimal supervision
- Effective skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent written communication
- Interpersonal skills
