Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Authorization: Approve payments and manage financial transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Order and oversee merchandise, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Returns Processing: Authorize the return of products as necessary.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage staff schedules to meet business needs.
  • Sales Performance: Actively sell merchandise and drive sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory, and staffing issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
