Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso gas station. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Manage Sales Floor Operations: Oversee the sales floor, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Manage inventory levels, process returns and exchanges, and ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
