As we are expanding, we need a _project assistant_ to join our team This position holds the responsibility of being a proactive, organized administrative support, partner, and key liaison between the President and Executive Team and their key internal and external contacts. This role requires an experienced and motivated professional who is collaborative, detail-oriented, can communicate well, problem-solve, and has the ability to multi-task.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting President/Project Manager with all executive and administrative matters. Assisting with daily duties and completing varieties of tasks that include minute taking, preparing reports & presentations; completing reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed project plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings. Assist with project management and ensure project deadlines are met. Assist clients and handle general inquiries.
- Drafting reports, letters, and proposals; preparing and coordinating oral and written communication with marketing teams. Support project manager as needed in project research and analysis.
- Provide professional administrative support in a helpful, respectful, and friendly manner. Assist in coordinating events & meeting logistics.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Understands company business and is able to create processes and procedures to manage information, data, projects, etc. as required
- High attention to detail; Advanced Organizational Skills
- Excellent communication skills; fast learner
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Has at least 2 years’ related working experience
- Must be able to understand & communicate in Chinese

Salary is based on experience.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON
