Project Coordinator

Imagine Work Construction Company is a leading name in the construction industry, specializing in delivering innovative and sustainable projects. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.
**Essential Duties**
- Coordinate and support the successful execution of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project workflow and timely completion.
- Assist in preparing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to identify and address any potential issues or delays.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services as required for project activities.
- Assist in tracking project expenses, analyzing costs, and preparing reports for management.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify compliance with specifications and safety regulations, and address any on-site issues.
- Assist in conducting project meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices (preferred, not required).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Knowing Cantonese or Mandarin is a bonus.
**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
