**Job description**

Tradeport Electronics Group is a leading supplier of Test & Measurement Instrumentation for the Canadian market since 1982. The Quality Department is seeking one competent professional with deep understanding of ISO 17025 requirements to fill in Quality Assurance Manager position. You should be an electronics/electrical engineer or technologist with a strong background in service and calibration of electronic measurement equipment and calculation of measurement uncertainty.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain Quality System to meet with all parties requirements.
- Preparing and Conducting re-accreditation assessment of ISO 17025: 2017 with A2LA.
- Plan and perform Internal Audits to meet ISO 17025: 2017 requirements.
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company's quality system and policies into compliance with quality management system requirements.
- Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with international and national standards and legislations.
- Ensure test/ calibration and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated, and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
- Supervise technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
- Write technical and management systems report.
- Bring together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree compressive quality procedures.
- Communicate reluctant staff to change their ways of working to incorporate quality methods.
- Manage and maintain the company' quality inspection and service release programs for all service works.
- Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/ QC.
- Set QA compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved.
- Define quality procedures in conjunction operation staffs.
- Set up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
- Liaise with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective actions and compliance with customers' specifications.
- Establish standards of service for customers or clients.
- Monitor, collect and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters.
