**Role Description**

**What You'll Do**:

- Conduct inspections of materials, in-process assemblies, and final products.
- Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and improve processes.
- Audit suppliers and develop robust quality standards to ensure excellence.
- Perform internal process audits and recommend actionable improvements.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive impactful changes.
- Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance and continuous improvement projects.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.
- Proficient in data collection techniques and analysis related to product quality.
- Hands-on experience with inspection processes, documenting non-conformance reports (NCRs), or performing basic root cause analysis.
- Experienced in using basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Understands how to identify non-conformances in products or processes.
- Capable of collecting and organizing inspection data.
- Able to document NCRs accurately and assist in identifying potential causes.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A diploma or associate degree in a related field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Training in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2015 awareness training or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality assurance role.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
