Front Desk Administrator

**Job Summary**
This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities.
PLEASE NOTE: This role will start as an entry level administrative assistant however, we are looking to train up to an assistant manager for the right applicant.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments on JANE and maintain an organized flow.
- Direct billing private insurance.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Experience utilizing Jane is preferable, but not required.
- Confidence in problem solving and resolution management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing client interactions.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 - 38 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
