Job Summary:

Kas Cleaners Ltd. is seeking a skilled Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to telephone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, receiving and directing visitors, and handling mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Process transactions by handling payments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform administrative tasks by maintaining databases, updating records, and performing other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and/or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
