_**Job Overview**_
This position is responsible for all pre-sales activities relating to **processing and slicing equipment** at MULTIVAC Canada.

The role will support the sales team with all conception and quotation work relating to the processing & slicing portfolios and will provide assistance in planning, organizing, and controlling the processing business. Integration with other MULTIVAC equipment and/or systems has the goal of meeting marketing, financial, and company growth objectives. This role will also be the main point of technical reference for processing and in coordination with the Pre-Sales Manager, will also assume responsibility for Technical Sales Support.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Working with the Sales Team, drive sales efforts relating to the processing and slicing equipment lines. This includes sales collateral and competitive analysis.
- Development of customer specifications and requirements, and submission of recommended project timelines.
- Ensure that your responsible portfolio specifications & quotations are completed on time. Ensure that any additional MULTIVAC or third-party partner equipment specifications & quotations relating to your portfolio are coordinated accordingly.
- Organize, execute, and support all responsible portfolio trials at customers’ sites or MULTIVAC’s offices.
- Success in this role will be determined on achievement of the following responsibilities:

- Reporting all activity and progress to MULTIVAC Canada
- Ensuring successful handovers to Customer Care and/or Project Teams
- **Qualifications**_

**Education/Experience**:
A Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university program; and one to two years in a customer facing role, ideally sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five years market (product) experience required. Project management experience is preferred.

**Language Ability**:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent communication skills are required as well as the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.

**Computer Skills**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Internet software, Contact Management systems and Database software.

**Certificates and Licenses**:
Current valid driver’s license and clean background check to facilitate the ability to travel as required by position.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities or team management duties.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year
