Dental Administrator/manager

Chinook Smiles is looking to welcome a lead dental administrator. Located in the Chinook Mall Professional Building, we are an established and growing general dental office with a friendly, close-knit team and strong patient base.
This is a permanent full-time position, with Monday to Friday day shifts and some Saturdays (not exceeding 5 work days in a week). We are closed on all long weekends.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering and directing phone calls, handling patient inquiries and providing relevant information;
- Managing patient appointments, files, and accounts;
- Managing patient recalls;
- Advising on insurance matters and treatment planning;
- Maintaining accounts receivable;
- Provide administrative support to the team;
- Managing and maintaining office supplies;
- Proficiency in Cleardent would be a tremendous asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
