**Purpose**:
The Administrative and Financial Support Assistant provides financial, administrative, and event support for Bethune College, under the direction of the Manager, Academic Advising.

**Education**:
Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, financial management, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Minimum of one year experience in administrative, financial, or event coordination roles within an academic or non-profit environment.

**Skills**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Teams).
Ability to demonstrate organizational skills to carry out a variety of tasks.
Effective communication skills to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of online student records systems (ARMS, Financial Aid systems).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to exercise judgement and decision making.
