Our primary area of expertise is in the agricultural industry, where we have provided work for dairy farms, poultry farms, and industrial processing facilities. **The Job**

The Service Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to assist the Service Manager in all administrative tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of the generator and heavy-duty divisions of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and update customer information in the internal company software
- Assist in preparation of quotes and proposals
- Contact customers to arrange services
- Setup and schedule jobs in the internal company software
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Service Team to ensure that all service orders are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review employee payroll hours
- Review job information and prepare invoices
- Meet regularly with technicians and management
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Experience using a CRM or ERP software is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- High quality organizational skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
