**Responsibilities**:
The Sales Administration Assistant provides support for the sales team, assisting with the development of new promotional displays, including the listing process, forecasting and scheduling display builds, and other various needs for promotional activity.

Promotions - Main Key Account Contact - 50% of Time
- Initiate new displays for WN and Private Label
- Coordinate artwork for new displays and artwork changes with Marketing.
- Submit forecast for promotions for key accounts.
- Coordinate DAD (Distribution Assembly Department) display build schedule and promo book prebuilds.
- Prepare display mockups in D.A.D. department.
- Establish and maintain excellent communication and relationships with Key Account Sales Team and various departments within Factors Group where interaction will be needed to fulfill sales administrative duties.

Listing Forms & Contracts - 30% of Time
- Complete customer listing forms for products and displays, including new listings, case pack changes and costing changes, as well as online listings through retailer websites.
- Submit promotion contracts on retailer websites.

Product Information Management - 10% of Time
- Obtain and enter new product specs and dimensions of products and promo displays Assigning UPC’s for displays.
- Provide product specs to sales reps.
- Managing Data Integrity for product information

Online Database Management - 5% of Time
- Upload new products to online product catalogue for Canadian retailers.
- Submit new products for Marketing images and planogram service to ECCnet.
- Review and maintain data integrity to ensure accuracy.
- Grant retailers’ access to product catalogue
- Manage GS1 for FG brands (all of the above tasks)

Syspro - 5% of Time
- Stock code maintenance for displays, including setting up new codes and structure maintenance.
- Set up marketing stock codes generated from Product Information Management (PIM).

Other responsibilities
- Train, mentor and supervise junior staff which may include giving feedback on performance and reviews.
- Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Strictly adhere and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessions.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Technical
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Syspro

- Fluency of English language both verbally and written
- Ability to train and motivate others in a positive manner.
