We are a transport trailer sales and rental company looking for the right person to join our administrative team. Our office is located in the Dixie/401 area.

**Required**

Strong command over English - both written and verbal

Customer service oriented

Post Secondary Education

Detail oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize

Experience with Quickbooks would be an asset

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Understanding of basic accounting principles

Are capable of problem solving and thinking on your feet

Effective at self-managing their time

**Roles and Responsibility**

Reception Duties - Answer the phone, manage office supplies

Daily Accounts Receivables entries, handling customer invoicing, following up on past due balances,

Daily Accounts Payables entries, pay invoices and reconcile vendor balances

Manage the accurate, reliable and timely reporting of intercompany billings

Other administrative and bookkeeping duties

**Salary**: From $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
