Performance Excellence Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Officials and Performance Excellent, the Performance Excellence Coordinator will be responsible to provide support to performance excellence programming. Working in a team-based environment the Performance Excellence Coordinator will coordinate various arrangements for international events, liaise with delegates, process the finances for the department and perform administrative duties as required for the performance excellence team.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Organize, prepare and communicate information to coaches, skaters, parents and officials regarding policies and procedures within the High Performance and Next Gen context.
- Assist with all communication postings for the Performance Excellence Department.
- Assist with the planning and execution of activities (seminars, camps, meetings, training) within the Performance Excellence Department.
- Support officials’ activities as needed.
- Act as a resource for all individuals attending international events overseeing team logistics for all national team assignments and ISU seminars
- Lead the process for ensuring completion of event entry forms for all international events by the relevant individuals, including monitoring of the ISU portal.
- Preparing and disseminating various documents related to delegates attending international events, including invitations, alternate notifications, prize money forms, processing of travel visas.
- Preparing and processing finance related activities for department initiatives, including coding invoices, expense claim forms, submission and distribution of payments for entry fees and hotel fees, per diems.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Performance Excellence Department as needed.
- Other duties as required by the Manager.

**Qualifications, Experience and Key Skills**
- Diploma in Business Administration or Sport Administration or similar educational background, or combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Three years’ of work experience in an equivalent position.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work in French, written and oral, is an asset.
- Experience and knowledge of figure skating development and/or sport delivery an asset.

**Additional Job Requirements**
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as required to meet deadlines.
- Travel within Canada to may be required to attend events and meetings.

- Organiser, préparer et communiquer des renseignements aux entraîneurs, aux patineurs, aux parents et aux officiels, à propos des politiques et des procédures, dans le contexte de la haute performance et de Next Gen.
- Prêter assistance en ce qui concerne les affichages de communications pour le Service d’excellence de la performance.
- Aider à la planification et à l’exécution des activités (séminaires, camps, réunions, formation) dans le Service d’excellence de la performance.
- Appuyer les activités des officiels, au besoin.
- Faire fonction de ressource pour toutes les personnes qui assistent à des événements internationaux, notamment en vue de la surveillance de la logistique des équipes, pour toutes les affectations de l’équipe nationale et les séminaires de l’ISU.
- Diriger le processus visant à assurer que les personnes pertinentes remplissent les formulaires d’inscription aux événements, pour tous les événements internationaux, en plus de surveiller le portail de l’ISU.
- Préparer et diffuser divers documents pour les délégués qui assistent à des événements internationaux, y compris les invitations, les notifications de remplaçants, les formulaires de prix en argent et le traitement des visas de voyage.
