About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Managers and Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
  • Manage inventory, labor, and cash handling to optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other Shift Managers and restaurant leaders to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service or retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results
