Receptionist/administrator and Customer Service

**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Assist customers with service information, project managing assistance, and order processing
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and claim information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and assignment updates
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using phone systems and customer service software
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with insurance claims, restoration services, and construction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in Google Suite for document creation and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a person who takes responsibilities and initiative
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
