Coordinating Content Creation
- Coordinate with our freelance videographer on social media posts/captions
- Coordinate with our SME (Subject Matter Experts) to develop written blog content

Coordinating Outreach/Content Partnerships
- Reach out to related industry experts and influencers to share our content and possibly coordinate content partnerships (cross posting, joining each others videos, get on their pod casts, etc)

Social Media & Community Engagement
- Assist with planning and executing of social media posts across linkedIn, instagram, tiktok

Market Research
- Use social media platforms (reddit, linkedIn, instagram) to uncover relevant controversial, misunderstood topics that can be used for social media posts, blog posts, video content

Planning & Marketing Calendar
- Develop a marketing calendar

Analytics
- Track organic user growth on social media platforms, provide month over month reports highlighting successful content, failed content, etc

Performance Marketing Campaigns
- Assist with the coordination and development in performance marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with freelancers (Copywriters, content creators, graphic designers, SME, Paid social media specialist) to execute marketing campaigns
- Campaign performance reporting - monthly reporting on campaign performance

Talent & Hiring
- Assist with hiring of freelancers to help execute marketing strategies

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage content creation and partnerships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with team members and external partners.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit) and understanding their respective audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to develop and maintain a marketing calendar and execute planned activities.
- Analytical skills to track user growth, analyze content performance, and generate detailed reports
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to uncover relevant topics for content and to innovate marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude towards finding and engaging with industry experts and influencers.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and social media best practices.
- Eye for design

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$62,746.85 per year
