CPA Ontario is currently in search of a **Marketing Coordinator** who will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Communications Teams. In this role, you will be exposed to every aspect of marketing and communications and play a key role in the overall management and coordination of the teams. You will work closely with the EVP, Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer as well as the EVP, Chief Marketing Officer by supporting their day-to-day planning and activities.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Supporting the EVP, Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer and the EVP, Chief Marketing Officer** with day-to-day planning, organization, and the rollout of key initiatives.

**Acting as a central point of contact for the Marketing and Communications teams**, helping to coordinate day-to-day operations, team events, coordination and executional support across campaigns and programs, as well as ad hoc requests.

**Working with leadership and the Finance team**, coordinating the Marketing & Communications’ budget, including accruals, invoicing, and monthly and quarterly tracking.

**Managing and overseeing the ordering and distribution of marketing materials,** including banners and branded swag while ensuring that an effective inventory management system is in place for tracking purposes.

**Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal clients** to provide them with marketing and communications support.

**Assisting with communications for both internal and external audiences** on all platforms and helping to manage workflow processes and make recommendations on how to improve efficiency.

**Who You Are**:
A post-secondary graduate in Marketing or Business with a minimum of 1 year related experience in Marketing and/or Communications.

A strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with the proven ability to work well with all levels of stakeholders.

A multi-tasker with excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A demonstrated creative and innovative thinker and problem-solver with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail.
