Family Justice Services Division (FJSD) delivers programs and services that promote the timely and just resolution of family disputes within a comprehensive family justice system. Through community-based Family Justice Centres and Justice Access Centres, FJSD provides various in person and virtual programs and services, including initial needs determination, dispute resolution, Section 211 Family Law Act reports, and Parenting After Separation online courses.

The Office Manager, Family Justice Services Headquarters, provides a variety of office administrative and financial support services for the division, and coordinates the day to day priorities of the Executive Director, including liaising with branch and ministry executive offices. This position is responsible for supervising administrative support staff.
**Job Requirements**:
Education and Experience
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (e.g., GED).
- Minimum of one year clerical/administrative support experience. More years of experience may be considered.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following:
- Experience managing an office.
- Experience supervising or leading others.
- Some coursework, post-secondary education, or training in business administration or another related field.
- Experience or training in basic financial procedures and practices.
- Applicants who self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations status or non-status, Inuit and/or Metis), with the required combination of education and experience.
